Policies

DynoVid collects information needed to operate the service, including account, membership, billing-status, and service-use information. Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers; DynoVid does not need to store full payment-card numbers to provide membership access.

Information may also be processed by service providers used to operate DynoVid. DynoVid does not sell member personal information. Information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, or operation of the service.

DynoVid is provided as a creative platform for lawful use. Members are responsible for the prompts, images, video, audio, text, and other materials they submit and must have the rights or permission necessary to use those materials.

Members may not use DynoVid to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, abuse generation systems, or circumvent membership limits or security controls.

DynoVid memberships provide the features and generation allowance stated for the selected plan. Monthly memberships are billed monthly. Annual memberships are billed annually. Membership features, limits, and prices are shown before enrollment.

Additional generations may be purchased through Fuel Cells when available. Fuel Cells supplement a membership and do not replace the underlying membership requirement where one applies. Unused Fuel Cell generations roll over while the DynoVid membership remains active and do not reset with the monthly generation cycle. They remain available until exhausted during an active membership. When membership access ends, any unused Fuel Cell balance is forfeited.

Each completed generation counts toward the member's applicable generation allowance. A Commander-requested reroll is a new generation and counts as an additional generation.

A generation that fails because of a verified technical generation failure does not count against the applicable allowance. DynoVid may use automated and manual safeguards to identify abuse or repeated attempts to circumvent generation limits.

Members may download their video as soon as it is completed. Your video will remain available on DynoVid for 72 hours, after which it will be automatically deleted from our servers. Once downloaded, the video is yours to keep.

DynoVid does not claim ownership of a member's independently owned source materials. Rights in AI-generated output can be affected by applicable law, third-party rights, and the terms governing underlying technologies. Members remain responsible for ensuring their use of any creation is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.

DynoVid permits members to use their downloaded creations for commercial purposes, subject to applicable law and any rights belonging to third parties. Commercial use permission from DynoVid does not grant rights to trademarks, copyrighted material, likenesses, music, footage, or other material owned by someone else.

Completed videos are retained in DynoVid for up to 72 hours so members can review, edit where available, re-export, and download them. Members should download any creation they wish to keep before the retention period expires.

After the retention period, completed video files may be automatically deleted from DynoVid's active storage and may no longer be recoverable. Files already downloaded by the member remain theirs to keep.

Members may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not retroactively cancel a billing period that has already begun. Access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid membership period, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Because completed creations are subject to DynoVid's 72-hour retention policy, members should download anything they want to keep rather than relying on continued account access.

DynoVid may not be used to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate content or activity that is unlawful, exploitative, fraudulent, malicious, or that violates the rights or safety of others. Members may not probe, attack, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, overload, scrape in an abusive manner, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to DynoVid systems or accounts.

DynoVid may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect members, the platform, service providers, or the public, or to comply with legal obligations.
